Great interface, not so great reliability

I find this to be one of the best sudoku apps on the market as far as the gameplay interface goes. Its attractive, its easy to use and it doesnt feel cumbersome or overly complicated. However, I do have a few qualms with the app.
Firstly, the resume button. It bothers me that I can still "resume" when I have no active puzzle. Sometimes I cant remember whether I finished a puzzle and showing me my final score on the last one just seems an unnecessary waste of time. I feel this button should be disabled when theres no puzzle in progress.
Secondly, I find that this app crashes a lot. Fortunately I havent lost any data when it crashes, but it can be frustrating.

If those two issues were fixed, this would be a five-star app in my opinion.
